Reservations

Book your reservation through our online reservation system. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message confirming the date and time. If any information is incorrect, please call us at 604-553-6688. Reservations are allowed a maximum dining time of 2 hours.

Reservation Time & Seating

We will always do our best to have your table ready at your reserved time. However, a reservation does not guarantee immediate seating upon arrival. During busy periods, particularly on weekends and holidays, previous guests may require additional time to finish their meals, or our team may need a few minutes to properly clean and prepare your table. As a result, there may occasionally be a short wait beyond your reservation time. Our team will seat your party as soon as an appropriate table becomes available. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we prepare your table. Providing every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience is important to us.

Early Arrivals

If you arrive before your reservation time, we cannot guarantee that your table will be available early. You are welcome to check in with our team upon arrival, and we will seat you earlier if an appropriate table is available. Otherwise, your party will be seated as close as possible to your scheduled reservation time. Arriving early does not provide priority over guests with earlier reservations or guests already on our waitlist.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time. If your party has not arrived within 15 minutes, we may attempt to contact you by phone. If we are unable to reach you, or if your party does not arrive within the grace period, we reserve the right to release the table to other waiting guests. If you arrive after your reservation has been released and would still like to dine with us, we will be happy to add your party to the current waitlist.

Complete Party Seating

To help us manage reservations fairly during busy periods, we may require the majority or all members of your party to be present before seating. Please check in with our host when your party arrives.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, and cash. For parties larger than 6 guests, we are unable to provide separate bills.
